Privacy is ensured by a large private gate to ample parking area. The main garden and villa's front door is up a few steps. The large pool terrace has two lawns, a pool table, sunbeds and shade from large umbrellas and trees. There are stunning sea views from all areas of the property.
The front door leads from the swimming pool into the open plan ground floor of the house with a lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There are two sets of french windows onto a front balcony, a feature fireplace, a convenient downstairs shower and WC and a door from the kitchen to the back dining terrace with bbq and outdoor dining suite.
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, full baths and private sea facing balconies. The master bedroom has a double bed and door to a small side balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made into one king sized bed on request, a small kitchenette and a door to steps leading down to the back garden terrace.
All balconies have chairs and tables from which to enjoy the sweeping sea views.

Local Resort/Beaches
Adriana Sea View is on the outskirts of Ipsos in Pirgi, a short drive from Barbatti beach and the many and varied beaches of the North East Coast.
The historic and beautiful capital of the island Corfu town, and the airport are a 30 minute drive.
Within a 5 minute walk in Pirgi there are two tavernas, a bar, well-stocked mini market and bus stop with regular buses to Corfu town.
Ipsos, a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the villa has a kilometre long beach with beach bars, sunbeds, watersports, boat hire, cafes, 2 little harbours, shops, excursions and a wide range of restaurants. It is a friendly and lively resort in high season and is perfect for families.
The West Coast with a wide range of beautiful sandy beaches and dramatic coastal resorts such as Paleokastritsa and Glyfada or the well known water park ‘Aqualand’ is a 30-40 minute drive and the North East coast with its hundreds of exquisite shingly bays and beaches is on your doorstep.
A car is recommended to enjoy Adriana Sea View to the fullest. Whilst it is very close to local shops and amenities it is up quite a steep drive which is fine for walking down, but could be difficult for some to walk up.
